Zinc Passivation

First the component is de-greased and thoroughly rinsed, then its pickled in a acid pickling bath and again rinsed. The component is then put into a zinc pacification bath and again rinsed after sealing in a standard solution it is then dried in an oven. The resulting finish is capable of giving salt spray resistance of 480 hours.
