Vibro Polishing

This is a Process by which the component surface is made very smooth which gives a good aesthetic appearance for the component. This is done by polishing the component through special abrasive material made for this purpose in a rotary vibrator. The sharp edges and the surface of the component are made smooth. Subsequently the component can be given Trivalent Chromating or Hexavalent Chromating coating to have corrosion Resistance. The final component will be aesthetically good with corrosion resistance.
